The third full-length album in the "Death Trilogy" by Princess Commodore 64

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Look, in the grand scheme of things everything is pretty awful. Things change, people die, and outside energies come and ultimately mess up important plans. This is just a day-to-day thing we as people learn to deal with. This album is the third part of a trilogy that deals with these day-to-day things, but this album specifically deals with a wider range of emotions than seen on "Culture" and "Lifestyle." When I first started this project it felt like I was an outsider in an outsider's culture who was looking in and trying to make sense of his place in the world and where he belonged in the scene, but as time has gone on I've found who I am and what I do to not be as important as I always thought it would be. Sometimes I lose myself trying to think about the bigger picture, but it ultimately doesn't matter in the end. I get that I'm far from a perfect person, and that in the past as well as quite recently I've said and done things that have hurt people's feelings, as well as caused feelings on alienation due to said actions. Truth be told there's a part of me that wants to rip into those people because truthfully I am a flawed human being just like everybody else who automatically would rather put blame on others than myself because that's just how I am. I don't ask for forgiveness, though, and maybe that's what'll get me in the end... I've come to terms with this, and it's helped me sleep a little better at night.

The music contained in this album is the result of stagnation, isolation, depression, alienation, a fuckton of rewrites, and a last-minute catastrophe that ultimately shaped how this album turned out, but it still contains the feeling and raw thoughts I was always aiming for when I started writing the trilogy as a whole.

Each song means something important to me.

Each song is significant in its own unique way.

Life is what you make of it, so don't sit around and let your life slip away, otherwise these simple, playful songs about the nostalgia of a simpler time will take on a much darker tone.

Thanks and spanks, cheers and beers: Argibae (xoxo), JR/KS, blacclodge, Eyeball, Lunchbox (RIP), Hex-A-Decimal, tvvin_pinez_m4ll, christtt, Vektroid (AKA Tanning Salon), Symbols XI, Goodnight Tapes, Fish Department, レディーフィンガー, and anyone who has supported my music over the past year I've been doing this damn thing. Y'all have been crazy enough to stay up very late or wake up very early to purchase cassettes or to help spread the word about these songs. You're all the most important part of this. With all of you, there would truly be no Princess Commodore 64.

thank you, from the bottom of my heart
xoxo
